The fragrance lingers subtly, almost enticing you to cleanse your face with this soap. It has a very dense and solid texture, so it doesn't crumble or break apart when it meets water. Instead of just lathering it in your palms, it works better to scoop some water in your hand and gently rub the soap on top to create a rich, creamy foam. Just a few gentle rubs are enough to produce a voluminous, soft lather. The foam is not just fluffy, but has a nice bounce to it as well. This soap is great for thoroughly cleansing every nook and cranny of your skin. I thought it would just provide a light cleansing, but it actually rinses off quite thoroughly, so you could even use it for a quick second cleanse. I think this soap would be great for those who want a high cleansing power and a squeaky-clean feeling after washing. The finish is more on the squeaky-clean side rather than super moisturizing, so it could be a good option as the weather gets warmer.
