I absolutely love this product! I usually don't prefer unscented items, but this was my first time trying an unscented one, and I used it up completely without any headaches. After washing, there was no itching at all, which was fantastic. This product was the first to show me that unscented can be great too!

I wish it came in a larger size. It runs out faster than expected.

I've gone through more than three bottles of this product. It's incredibly gentle, causing absolutely no irritation, which I love. I'm sensitive to feminine hygiene products, but I've settled on this one. Before finding this, I tried many well-known brands, but this is by far the best.

Being a foam, it gets used up quickly. There's also a gel version in the same line, which seems to last about twice as long...

The foam formula makes it convenient to use, and there's no worry about leftover cleanser residue. As someone who dislikes strong fragrances, I appreciate that the scent is mild and not unpleasant.

Although I hesitated a bit when looking at the ingredient list, I'm now on my third bottle. As someone with super sensitive skin, I used to only cleanse with water. But even though they say just using water is best, I hated that not-quite-clean feeling. This cleanser is truly gentle and effective - no irritation at all!

Since it's a pump type, the opening is somewhat exposed, so you need to be careful about keeping it hygienic. Also, the scent might be hit or miss for some people. It has a slightly sour milk smell, but it's not strong and doesn't linger, which was fine for me.

I started using this product by chance a few years ago when I was into German skincare, and I've been using it consistently ever since. The pump dispenses foam, which is convenient, and you can really feel how it balances the skin's pH. It's great to use when I'm feeling itchy or around my menstrual cycle! I tried another product out of curiosity, and while it wasn't irritating, I couldn't tell if it was actually balancing my skin's pH, so I came back to this one. I've tried the gel version of the same product, but this one is more convenient and doesn't require rubbing in.

The fact that buying directly from overseas is the cheapest option... Even including shipping costs, it's still less expensive than domestic sale prices.

After struggling with other brands that caused chest swelling, full-body itching, and irritation in sensitive areas, I'm so relieved this product doesn't cause any of those issues! The foam formula is gentler, and while some people complained about it spoiling when stored in the bathroom, I used it up without any problems. While it didn't dramatically reduce odor or discharge right away, I noticed a gradual improvement. It seems to work best during menstruation.

The container is open, which is a bit disappointing. Other than that, no complaints.

It's gentle and doesn't cause any tingling sensation. I use it together with my child. It's great!
