As someone with dry skin prone to flaking, I initially experienced a peeling effect after washing when I didn't lather it up properly. However, on my second and third tries, I thoroughly worked up a rich foam on my shower puff and scrubbed carefully. This completely eliminated rough patches and chicken skin-like bumps, leaving my skin as smooth as if I'd had a body scrub. I've been maintaining this smoothness ever since.

While it effectively removes body oils, leaving your skin smooth and not sticky, those with dry skin might find it a bit too harsh and potentially drying.

It has a citrusy lemon scent. Not exactly organic, more like a Lemonada-type fragrance. The foam lathers up really well, and it comes in a large size. It's excellent for removing dead skin cells, has great cleansing effectiveness, and leaves your skin feeling smooth without any residue.

As it cleanses thoroughly, it can be drying, so a body emulsion is essential. In summer, I use a lighter body emulsion (Dermave Fresh Body Emulsion/Dermave Daily Body Emulsion), and in other seasons, a more hydrating one (Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Emulsion). In harsh winter, I apply body oil (Dermave Daily Moisture Body Oil) immediately after showering without toweling off, massage it in, then follow with body emulsion - this prevents any dryness. I'll definitely repurchase this when my current bottle runs out. I've settled on this body wash. (It might not suit everyone, but it works perfectly for me...) Sometimes I'm tempted to try something new, but I'm too scared of triggering another back acne outbreak. I'll stick with what my body has already approved.

It's a bit pricey, but considering the large volume, it's not exorbitant. The pump nozzle often gets clogged with dried product. While this can be removed before use, it's not aesthetically pleasing. The packaging is quite outdated, looking cheap despite the price.

The ingredients are very gentle, and the refreshing citrus scent makes showering a mood-boosting experience. Despite having dry skin, I dislike a slippery after-feel, so I love that this leaves my skin feeling clean without residue. It lathers incredibly well. I prefer lots of foam, so I use two pumps, but one is usually sufficient. After using this product, my back acne noticeably disappeared. (I tried other alternatives during the Japanese product boycott, but my back acne exploded, so I returned to this. I believe in using what works for me, regardless of origin.)

For even better results, I suggest using both the body wash and body emulsion together.

From previous use, there's this residue that sort of... hardens? It keeps clumping up at the opening, so I have to be extra careful when pumping. Besides that, I haven't noticed any other drawbacks yet.

I love that squeaky clean feeling, and this body wash doesn't leave that slippery residue like others do! The scent is pleasant, and the texture is on the thinner side. I'm definitely considering repurchasing!
