My sibling bought this shampoo on a staff recommendation at Olive Young (for oily scalp that gets greasy quickly). It has a cool scent and is quite nice. While it didn't have a big effect on my sibling (they said Head & Shoulders works better for them), I've been using it too and find it pretty good. At first, it was a bit itchy, but after rinsing well, there's no quick greasiness or itchiness. It's easy to use, and if you like cool, refreshing scents, I'd recommend giving it a try! The only positive aspect was that the scent was somewhat refreshing After using this, I thought I was going bald. My scalp became flaky, itchy, and I developed a lot of dandruff. I was worried people at work would think I hadn't showered. I tried rinsing more thoroughly, thinking that might be the issue, but it didn't help. This product clearly doesn't suit me. It was truly a first-time experience, and not in a good way!
