It gives off that perfect brick-red lipstick vibe I thought I was buying a red shade, but there's a noticeable difference between the color on my hand and how it looks on my lips. It's not quite red, but has a slight pink undertone. Be careful when purchasing! Lip balm - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 30, 2018
It's truly a brick color, just as the name suggests! This is my first time trying a matte lipstick, and I love how it doesn't leave my lips looking shiny. The most important aspect of any lip product is the color payoff, and this one is absolutely gorgeous! I purchased both Classic Rose and Brick Rose. Originally priced at $16, I found them for just $5.50 on Mimi Box, so I couldn't resist buying two! Unfortunately, the staying power isn't great. It even transfers onto my lip balm when I apply it. I thought it would be transfer-proof since it looks so good on cups and other surfaces, but that's not the case. Also, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells on the lips. While it does help control some shine, the issue with dead skin cells is noticeable. Please refer to the tip below for more information! While it does transfer onto lip balm and leaves a slight shine on the lips, I'd still recommend applying a lip balm underneath. As mentioned above, it can emphasize dead skin cells, and most importantly, for those who prefer long-lasting wear, applying lip balm underneath may reduce its staying power!
