It gives a tingling sensation on the lips. I don't mind it, but I'm not sure if it's the plumping effect. The pink staining around the mouth area might look a bit messy.

- Oddly enough, for me, the plumping effect was only noticeable on my upper lip. Also, after about an hour, my lips return to their original state.

- If you're planning to use this as a lip balm substitute, I'd recommend the clear version over the pink one. Due to its ointment-like texture, the product opening can get quite messy.

- As a lip plumper, it soothes your lips while making them appear fuller. It doesn't hurt or irritate your lips, but instead gives a cool, refreshing sensation.

- Despite its wasabi-inspired design, it surprisingly has a sweet candy scent.

It does cause some irritation, and the staying power isn't very high. I didn't feel a moisturizing effect or hydration.

The downside is that it can accentuate flaky skin a bit after it dries ㅠ I tend to get flaky skin easily, so that may be the case for me..ㅠ But it looks even prettier if you apply a lip oil on top!

I really love the color! When you apply it, it has a slightly oily feel at first, but that feeling goes away quickly and it develops into a lovely pink color. It doesn't feel sticky at all, so it's especially great to wear in the summer! And it doesn't tend to get all over the cup either!

The color was a bit disappointing.
It was too bright pink, so I wouldn't recommend it to someone who doesn't like hot pink shades.
