I prefer a moisturizing toner, so I searched and ended up using the Avene Gentle Toning Lotion! It seems just right. It's not too dry, and since it's summer, I was worried it might be too moisturizing and sticky, but the right amount of moisture leaves a soft finish, which I like. The fragrance might be hit or miss - it's a typical cosmetic scent. And the fragrance is quite strong, so if you don't like cosmetic fragrances, it could be uncomfortable. The color is opaque, and you need to shake it before use. I've used about 2/3 of it so far, and I'm completely satisfied with it right now. The small size is convenient for travel. If it continues to work well, I'll consider buying the large size when I finish this one.

The powder-like scent is not too strong, so I didn't have to worry about it every time I applied it, which I liked. I prefer absorption over dryness, and when I use it occasionally when redness or blemishes come up, it calms them down, which is great. I was able to purchase it overseas and use it at a lower cost.

The fragrance was pleasant. I don't usually use products with fragrance, but it felt good to use a fragrant product again after a long time. It may have been bad for my skin, though. The path to using this product was that I bought Avene products at Olive Young, and this sample came with it. This is the essence of a moisturized life. For someone like me who needs maximum moisture and zero oil, this 3-skin product is a breeze!! I would love to carry it around as a mist. The scent is baby powder, which I personally adore, but it may be a matter of personal preference!
