It dries quickly. Being an Amazon bestseller gives it an exciting appeal. Despite long-term use, its effect on blemishes around the under-eye and cheekbone area is disappointingly minimal. It might be better to just visit a dermatologist for a quick laser treatment. Personally, the scent, possibly due to the geranium ingredient, is bothersome. I'd prefer the natural smell of the ingredients, even if it's not great. Also, all vitamin C serums tend to pill when you apply cream on top.
