  Pros

  I tried this after using Isol BHA toner, and it's an excellent alternative. When I apply it with a cotton pad, it helps eliminate blackheads and reduce whiteheads.

  Cons

  For those with sensitive skin, it can cause a tingling sensation when used on very dry skin.

  Tip

  It's best to apply your regular toner before using this product if your skin is feeling dry.

  Pros

  I suddenly noticed an increase in blackheads on my nose and had always struggled with whiteheads on my chin. I'd tried everything - scrubs, peel-off masks, cleansing oils - you name it. Then I learned that this wasn't just a problem to be solved with scrubs, but one that needed consistent care with skincare products containing the right ingredients. I heard that products with a good balance of AHA and BHA were effective, which is how I discovered this toner. I have sensitive skin that can get so itchy from the wrong fabric softener that I'd scratch until scabs form. I'm also dry from scalp to toe. Some sensitive-skinned users reported bad reactions, so I was a bit worried at first. The initial sting was quite shocking, but after a few days, my skin adapted. I noticed that my makeup stopped pilling, even though it used to do so despite thorough exfoliation and moisturizing. For the first bottle, I used regular cotton pads for cleansing toner and essence. By the time I finished it, I noticed a significant reduction in whiteheads. I stocked up on three more bottles during a sale and started using A'PIEU's self pads for cleansing, followed by regular cotton pads. This routine really improved my skin texture. I've just opened my last bottle and it's temporarily out of stock. I'm using it sparingly as it's my holy grail product. Please restock soon, A'PIEU!

  Tip

  - Using a full bottle with A'PIEU's My Self Pads offers dual benefits of toning and exfoliation (occasionally removes blackheads too) - Using the Glycolic Acid Cream from the same line as a night cream helps reduce makeup pilling the next day (However, the tube-type creams from A'PIEU tend to pill severely, so they're not recommended for morning use)
