Large size at a bargain price. That's about the only positive I could find. Leaves skin feeling stiff after application. It's drying and the hydration doesn't last long. Despite its generous size and affordable price, this product falls short in performance. The texture feels uncomfortable on the skin, failing to provide lasting moisture. It's so hydrating, making it a pleasure to apply! The texture is somewhere between a hydrating cream and a regular moisturizer. It's great for mixing with other products like retinol, and it's versatile. Plus, the generous amount keeps me reaching for it! There's not much to dislike, but as hydrating as it is, it seems to evaporate quickly. It's moisturizing, and while I'm not particularly sensitive to scents, the fragrance wasn't unpleasant. It didn't feel like it absorbed deeply into the skin. There was also a bit of a sticky feeling after application. You need to use quite a bit of product for it to absorb somewhat well.

I've been using this for nearly three years now, and it keeps my skin hydrated for a long time. It makes my skin feel incredibly soft and smooth. Among moisturizers, many are hydrating but don't absorb well, causing pilling when applying makeup. However, the La Porticell cream absorbs well, is deeply hydrating, and doesn't leave an oily residue, which is fantastic. It's even better than department store brands! I always search for the best price before buying, but the price seems to change every time. It's so rich that when you apply it at night before bed, it feels like you've done a mask treatment! It was really effective at combating deep dryness during seasonal changes. It's a bit sticky and feels quite rich, so it's not ideal for use before makeup or in the morning.
