  Pros

  The fragrant foam, scalp stimulation, and hair quality are all satisfactory. The citrus-like scent is not irritating. The lather also forms well, just like a regular shampoo. (Natural shampoos are often not very foamy and feel sticky.) Even with my highly sensitive scalp, there were no issues with pimples, flakes, or greasiness. And what I really liked is that, unlike other natural shampoos, my hair doesn't feel stiff after washing. I don't use conditioner, and my hair doesn't feel sticky right after washing.
