I've been using this product for over 15 years now. The fact that I've been consistently using it for 15 years speaks volumes. I have super sensitive skin prone to blemishes, but this product is truly gentle and effective without causing any issues. Its cleansing effectiveness is also great. At this point, I can't use anything else.

There is no tightness even after cleansing, it is moisturizing and non-irritating The scent is nice and the case is pretty, which makes me feel good

I've been using this product for the second bottle now. It seems to have no irritation on my skin and has a soft gel-type texture. It seems suitable for sensitive skin. I mainly use it for my second cleansing, but I've also been using it for my first cleansing.
Cons
I was puzzled by this product as it didn't lather well. Since it doesn't lather much, I tend to use more of it.
Tip
If you put it in a cleansing brush, it lathers well and is great to use. But I just gently massage it on my face as a gel type. There is really no irritation on my face.

Pros
