It's a multi-functional product that can be used as both a shading and eyeshadow. The light coffee milk color doesn't have a reddish undertone, which makes it great to use as a base around the eye area or as a shading. It comes with a built-in mirror and brush, which is very convenient. I've already used up the shading... I should get another one, but I wonder if I have the money for it? Haha, oh well. 😘

The powder fallout is extremely severe... About half of what's on the brush ends up falling off. The brush is nice to have, but the powder feels a bit too soft. 🤣😂😅

It has no reddish tint and a bright color, making it great for contouring. The shading is very natural, and the color is suitable even for beginners. And even though it's for oily skin, it doesn't get cakey in any area and blends well.

Pros
This is a review after using the sample for over half a year. The Etude Play Color 101 Stick in shade 11 seems similar in powder type and color. ✏ It works well as a shadow for the nose bridge and eyelids. I had used the Etude 11 stick before, but it was too thick to easily apply shadow on the nose. The Hulala Light can be easily swept on the indented area between the eyebrows and nose bridge using a brush or fingers, and it smoothly covers the eyelids as a shadow.
Cons
✏ Excessive powder fallout I currently keep the Hulala Light at home for nose contouring and use the I'm Meme All About Contouring at work. I had read a previous review mentioning powder fallout with the I'm Meme product, but the Hulala Light's fallout is incomparably worse. To put it positively, it picks up a lot of product on the brush, but as a downside, it can get messy if the application is not carefully controlled. Personally, I find this issue difficult to manage. ✏ Very yellow-toned for me Even though my skin has a neutral to yellow undertone, I found the shade too yellow-toned to use for contouring my chin. So I've been using it only to sweep on my nose bridge and cheeks. ✏ Ingredients The Hwahae app has really been helping me make healthier consumption choices, and this product is likely to be removed from my future shopping list as well.

Pros
Since my skin is quite fair, it was difficult to find a contouring shade that matched my complexion. But when I heard about the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I ordered it without even testing it, just looking at the color online. And it's a perfect match! I finally found the right contouring shade that suits me perfectly.
Cons
The product packaging does feel a bit inconvenient to use. And the built-in brush is just for decoration. I'm using a powder brush from Daiso instead, and while the color is definitely a plus for me, the inconvenient product design is something I just have to deal with.
Tip
Since the color is quite light, I can pick up the product evenly on the brush and then just tap it a few times inside the container before sweeping it across the perimeter of my face. This way, there's no powder flying around on my vanity, and I can achieve a natural-looking contoured effect.
