If you apply too much of the powder, it can appear quite purple. I recommend gently tapping it on the back of your hand first, then applying it naturally to your face.

Looking at the chemical ingredients here, I see there are some components that may not be good for sensitive skin. If I had known that beforehand, I might have looked for another product with all good ingredients.
