  I only use this when I do a blackhead removal. I have a lot of sebum and blackheads on my nose. You need to clean them up regularly to keep it neat. It feels so satisfying when a lot of sebum comes out. This really works well... I was surprised at how much it extracted after using it. I highly recommend this to those with a lot of sebum.
