ConsIt doesn't seem to relieve itching, and I'm not sure if it's good for atopic dermatitis. The blemishes on my neck, arms, and legs where I have atopic dermatitis actually got worse.

ConsI wonder what didn't agree with my skin... I got so many blemishes (I usually don't break out easily). My skin also feels really dry deep down. Sigh, I've been using it for a month now, thinking it would get better if I persevered, but I just can't use it anymore. I got three more pimples! So frustrating!

ConsIf you apply too much, it can get a bit greasy and cause some blemishes to appear

Since it came in a large size, I could apply it generously without holding back.
ConsAfter using this, my acne exploded! I'm not sure if it was because of this product or something else though.

The moisturizing effect lasts remarkably long after application.
ConsAs someone with combination dry skin, I tried it on my face since it's supposedly suitable for facial use. While it moisturizes well, it unfortunately led to blemishes...
TipFor those with dry skin, it's excellent for use on the body. For facial application, it might be best to apply it sparingly, only on particularly dry areas.

I tested it at Olive Young and bought it for its great value. Every winter, my skin gets super dry, flaky, and itchy, so a body cream is a must-have. After showering, I just pump it out and slather it all over. It absorbs well, and even the next morning, my skin feels soft and smooth.
ConsI don't use it on my face though. The instructions say it's okay for facial use, but when I tried it once, I washed it off right away. My face is prone to blemishes and small bumps, you see. This cream made my face feel a bit warm and tingly. Also, I find it absorbs a bit too quickly for my liking. When I try to apply it in sections, like one leg at a time, it feels like it's already disappeared by the time I get to the other leg (but that's just my personal take).
TipNo real pro tips to share, except that with the pump bottle, you need to be careful with how much you dispense. It's not easy to control the amount, so it tends to come out pretty freely.

In the office, that richness seemed to keep my skin hydrated for longer. I tend to have noticeable eye wrinkles, but because this cream is so rich and moisturizing, it made my wrinkles less prominent. At night, I even applied an extra layer on my lips. My lips are prone to serious dead skin cells, you know? I used to think only Vaseline would work, but I was pleasantly surprised that this cream was a great alternative. That's why I bought two more as gifts - one for my extremely dry-skinned colleague and another for my friend who moved to increasingly cold Canada. Oh, and I use the smaller size as a hand cream too!
ConsWhile it worked well for me, my boyfriend tried it after using his own moisturizer and ended up with blemishes. His skin is more oily than dry, so I guess the rich texture was too much for him.
TipMy application method: I apply a thin layer twice, then another thin layer around my eyes and nasolabial folds. Before bed, I put a thicker layer on my lips. This way, it absorbs well without feeling greasy, and provides great hydration. This is definitely my go-to for this winter.

I used to find it such a hassle having to apply cream constantly, but with QV cream, I can quickly solve my dryness issues, so I use it often! The packaging isn't particularly luxurious. It looks a bit like toothpaste...;; But it's lightweight, which makes it convenient to carry around. Instead of hand cream, I now carry QV cream with me. In Australia, it's considered a national staple, similar to how Vaseline is viewed in Korea. It's not expensive and works well, so it seems like every household has one. The texture isn't sticky at all and has a nice firmness. The scent and effectiveness are similar to Cetaphil, but it feels a bit heavier. What I liked most was that it doesn't feel slippery like Cetaphil. Although it looks heavy, when you apply it, it's light and absorbs quickly. Personally, I think I like it better than Cetaphil. At first, I was surprised by how shiny it looked, but after a minute, it's all absorbed, the shine disappears, and your skin feels smooth. It's like baby skin texture! I think I'll keep using this product! I'll write more about the downsides, but I only used it on my body. It seems a bit much for facial use.
ConsThe downside for me was that it didn't suit my face. After applying it to my face a few times, I got a lot of blemishes;; I'm not even particularly sensitive, so those with sensitive skin should be careful! Otherwise, I think it's better to use it only on the body. Actually, the biggest disappointment is that I can't really feel much difference from Cetaphil. If you already have Cetaphil, I don't think this is a must-buy cosmetic. It's not a product that I'd say you absolutely must have, more like it's nice to have but also okay if you don't.
TipI think it's best to apply it right after showering, as soon as you've patted yourself dry. For those with extremely dry skin, QV cream alone might not be enough, so I recommend using it in combination with other products.

Even less scent than Physiogel... I'm so satisfied with that! - It's moisturizing without being sticky. Less greasy than Cetaphil and fine to wear under clothes or touch bedding. It doesn't feel like it's coating your skin either. - The hydration is great too. I had some keratosis pilaris on my calves after neglecting body care for a while, but it cleared up completely the day after using this. - It's convenient to use. While it's not a pump-type emulsion, the toothpaste-like tube makes it easy to squeeze out and apply.
Cons- It contains mineral oil! After using it on my face once, I now only use it as a hand and body cream. Mineral oil tends to cause blemishes on my face. - It's the same size as toothpaste, so sometimes I get confused and wonder why there's toothpaste here. Be careful not to mix them up!

I decided to buy this product on a friend's recommendation. My friend's child's skin cleared up after using this. When applied, it immediately makes the skin feel soft and smooth...
ConsAlthough it feels like it's improving the skin right away when applied, my baby developed small, millet-like blemishes. I stopped using it and went back to Physiogel AI, which helped the skin improve.
