I bought this because it's such a great value for the amount you get. The quantity is generous and it feels so gentle on the skin. The cleansing effectiveness is really poor, but more importantly, it was incredibly irritating for me - and I'm usually able to use just about anything! I'm not sure why, but the more I massaged it in, the more it stung, so I had to wash it off immediately. It seems like other reviewers had similar experiences. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing... I bought this product because I needed something I could massage with. I thought it might be hard to remove due to its slippery texture, but the mineral sunscreen washes off cleanly. It even removes most of my eye makeup, so I only need to do a quick second cleanse. You really need to use a spatula with this. It's quite inconvenient to scoop out with your fingers. Given the texture, I think a tube packaging might have been better. The jar packaging is a bit disappointing. Cleansing effectiveness: It's just adequate. Scent: The fragrance is fairly neutral, unlikely to be polarizing. I can barely use this product because it's so irritating for me. My skin doesn't just feel uncomfortable - it's as if even my pores are in pain. Therefore, I strongly advise those with super sensitive skin to avoid using this if possible.

After applying an appropriate amount and rolling it thoroughly, I wiped it off with a soft tissue. This resulted in my skin becoming bumpy and blemishes appearing. I wondered if this was really what properly cleansed skin should look like. I never experienced anything like this when using cleansing waters from other brands. I deeply regret not checking the ingredient list on Hwahae before purchasing. I bought it thinking a famous brand wouldn't cause any issues, but problems arose. The cleansing effectiveness seems flawless. Large quantity at an affordable price. It stings when applied to the philtrum and negatively affects the skin... I should have checked the Hwahae reviews before buying. I'm not sure. I really wanted to know the good points too. If anything, I guess the price... seems to be good. 1. Cleansing effectiveness: Even when removing just sunscreen, I couldn't feel that it had good cleansing power. 2. Sensitivity: I have super sensitive skin. I bought this trusting that Neutrogena would be gentle, but it's really, really stinging. If I wash it off quickly with water, it's okay soon after, but it's hard to do the cleansing. I love that it comes in a generous size and cleanses gently, making it perfect for sensitive skin without causing irritation. It doesn't leave that squeaky-clean feeling, but rather seems to coat the skin, which helps reduce the sensation of dryness. It's hard to say. I think satisfaction might vary depending on your skin type, but it didn't work for me. The cleansing effectiveness is really poor. Also, the fragrance is very artificial, which might be challenging for those sensitive to scents.

I bought it on sale at Olive Young for 9,900 won, trusting the Neutrogena brand, but I feel betrayed... If I hadn't gotten the discount, I would've been upset about wasting money on something I could only use three times. It stings and hurts every time I use it, so I avoid reaching for it. It feels like my pores are in pain? I might have super sensitive skin, but I just found it unpleasant overall.
