Specifically designed for sensitive skin, this cream feels relatively lightweight compared to other Arasci creams I've tried. One pump dispenses just the right amount to cover your entire face. (Though occasionally, if you press too hard, you might get a bit more than needed...) It's not a bad choice for autumn and winter hydration. The cream doesn't leave much oily residue. Like other Arasci creams, this one contains brightening ingredients. (Personally, I've seen results with long-term use!) Despite being an all-in-one product, if you don't apply a separate hydrating essence, you might experience deep dryness. The morning after using only this cream, I thought my skin was going to crack! (But when used with a hydrating essence, my skin feels moisturized the next day.) It has a strong, old-fashioned soap scent that might not be everyone's cup of tea. (For a product targeting sensitive skin, I wish it were fragrance-free.) While it's lighter than previous Arasci creams, it still feels a bit heavy for daily use on my skin. After three consecutive days, I start to see blemishes from over-nourishment. (That's why I now use it about twice a week, along with an exfoliating essence.) Not recommended for those with skin sensitive to shea butter.
