As soon as I started using it, my face felt stinging and hot. About a minute later, I immediately removed the pack and washed it off with a cleansing foam, but the heat and redness on my face persisted, and it became irritated. Even after applying my usual products and aloe vera gel, the redness didn't go away even after 20 minutes. I thought it might be the cotton sheet's fault, but when I applied the remaining essence to my neck area, that also turned red, so it seems to be an issue with the essence. I've been using the A24 aloe vera gel and sunscreen effectively, but my trust in the brand has diminished. There's nothing else worth trying here. I'm really angry.

Only use it a couple times a week!! The night cream also seems to only need about half as much! Using too much can actually make it worse ㅜㅜ If you use it moderately, it's a really great mask pack!! ㅎㅎ

Maybe because it's high in nutrition, 1 pack per day makes acne? Sebum comes up! But you really don't need to do 1 pack per day, and this is the first time I've seen such effects from just one use! Highly recommended

Acne is popping up a little... But if you only do it moderately a couple times a week, it seems fine even for combination/sensitive skin! The effects are amazing!!

My husband and I often use the product together. The sheet mask adheres well to his face, and there's enough essence left over for me to use as well. All 3 steps provide generous amounts, so a couple can comfortably share the product. If the price is a concern, using it together as a pair is a great tip!
