- Many people say they don't like the slippery feeling left on the face, so they do a double cleanse, but I make a steam towel and wipe it off after the massage. It's much better than just using a foam cleanser.  On days when the steam towel is too much trouble, I wipe my whole face with a wet wipe and then use a cleansing pad for an extra clean, and the moisturized and slippery feeling is reduced a lot~
- Don't apply too much at once, just a little less than you need, so it melts well and the rolling works better~
- Some people can't get used to it at first and stop using it after a few times, but if you use it properly, it's a really great product for the price. The massage and exfoliation happen at the same time, and it has a cold cream-like feel, so it works great for dry skin or in the winter. I've been using it since it first came out, and I'm worried it might be discontinued since they don't sell it offline anymore ㅠㅠ

- I don't have sensitive skin, so I don't have any particular complaints
- If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the cream is white, and you have to wait for it to become transparent on the face
- The granules inside the product are said to be vitamin capsules, but they don't really dissolve even when massaged..;
- It seems the transparent melting mechanism is activated by body temperature, but in the winter, when it's cold, it takes more time to become transparent
- If you massage it right after applying, it won't exfoliate at all, and it'll just stick together, so you have to wait 3-5 minutes after applying it on your face before rolling it
