The calming effect wasn't great, and it's still itchy and red. I stopped using it after 3 days and am looking for a different product.

The texture is thicker than regular creams. I apply it occasionally in the evenings when my troubled skin is severe. It's good for use in the winter, and it's similar to the original Physiogel cream, but I think it's a bit thicker.
