(As a person with dry scalp, dry hair, and slightly curly hair) With the inclusion of 'triethanolamine & ethanol', the more I used this shampoo, the more my hair became extremely dry and frizzy. When using this shampoo, my hair looked like a lion's mane. It made my hair incredibly dry and brittle. I had to stop using it. This is a disappointing product for those with dry hair. I would prefer a shampoo that gently calms the hair.

It has a nice fragrance and seems to be well-cleansing. I used to have severe scalp acne when I used shampoos from other stores, but it has improved a lot since I started using this one. It seems to be a good product.
