This palette is not easily found anywhere else! There are many cool and unique colors, so it's especially appealing in the summer! These are the colors you'll want to use to recreate foreign makeup looks, whether for eyeliner or smoky eyes. It's beautiful!

This palette was originally intended for foreigners, but now it's available online too! The uncommon, refreshing colors would look beautiful when used by foreigners! It would be great for a vibrant summer makeup look, and could occasionally be used as an accent.
Cons
Unless used delicately, it might be difficult to use this palette for everyday wear! Since most of the colors are deep and in the blue family, it would probably suit foreigners well, but the colors might be challenging for Koreans to use regularly.
