There's nothing particularly bad about it. Unlike some matte tints, the cap isn't flimsy. If anything, the color payoff is so strong that you might need to blot it once.

The Rouge Hill series has incredible staining power for a stick formula. It applies smoothly and feels moisturizing. The color is so intense with just one swipe that I always blot it once with a tissue. That gives me the perfect look, though you do have to sacrifice some of the shine.
