Tip

Just because the MAC number goes up, it doesn't necessarily mean it gets darker. It's true that the colors get darker from NC30 to 35 to 38 to 40, but there are also colors in between that have different tones, and some are even brighter than 30 (like 37). If the color doesn't suit you, you can mix it with pink-toned shades to make it a more natural tone. Mixing it with Double Wear is the best combination.

Pros

I've been using [product name] consistently, and when I was abroad, it ran out, so I happened to buy it during a sale period. The numbering is slightly different, but this color seems to match. Since my skin is quite dark, to find a foundation color match in Korea, I either have to buy high-end products or the selection is quite limited. It's a bit disappointing. Certainly, there were much more diverse options available abroad, and the brand that is not considered affordable here was available at a low price there, so I was able to purchase it without burden. Since I have a naturally very tanned and dark skin tone, I often get asked if I've been tanning. I also have some redness. So, I think this color recommendation was suitable, as it has a bit of a yellow undertone that helps. I bought the color the staff recommended, and it matched my skin tone at the time, but after coming back to Korea, it's become a bit too light, so I'm taking a break from using it for now. Compared to the thick application, this product applies lightly and thinly, so I think it's a decent product if you use a concealer and a hydrating cushion afterwards. I think the advantages are the appropriate coverage, smooth application, and a range of color options.

Cons

Compared to [product name], I find this product to have a more matte finish. I barely used it in the winter, but I did use it in the summer. The color is a bit ambiguous, and it doesn't really give a radiant look. The coverage also wasn't as good as the product I used before. I had eye irritation with [product name] as well, and this product seems to have the same issue. I think everyone can relate to this - the lack of a built-in pump is a major downside. And given that there are so many affordable and good quality products with diverse color options these days, I feel this product lacks competitiveness in terms of value for money.

I think everyone can relate to this, but as someone with dry skin, I find that applying it with my body temperature works better for me than using a pump. It really varies from person to person. However, I've found that mixing it with a bit of oil-based or gel-type cream makes it much easier to apply. When the color seems unnatural, I also mix it with a lighter and more luminous BB cream to adjust the tone.
