There weren't any particularly bad aspects, but those with sensitive skin should use the muslin cloth gently to avoid irritation.

Before showering, I gently rub the skin with a hot, damp muslin cloth a few times to create a steaming effect. Using the muslin cloth every time has helped with exfoliation and leaves me feeling relaxed. I've also tried the similar Eve Lom product, but I find this pump-style lotion type easier to use. It's also much more affordable.
