It has great moisturizing power. It's a balm-type ointment, so it has good moisturizing properties, but it's less oily compared to products like Physiogel that contain a lot of shea butter. And it's fragrance-free. I don't always go for fragrance-free products, but the Dr.G Philargrin Sensitive Dry Cream had a slightly unpleasant herbal scent. This product is truly fragrance-free, which I like. It's also convenient to carry around. Even though it's only 50ml, I bought it to use as a final moisturizing step in my skincare routine, so I didn't need a large size. I'm happy with that aspect. It also works well as a multi-balm.
