  Despite not being oily at all, it's incredibly moisturizing and my eye makeup doesn't budge at all haha And when I apply it in the morning, the puffiness around my eyes subsides and there's a refreshing sensation ♥️👍👍 The texture is also super smooth and gentle, and the calming herbal scent is just so lovely - I highly recommend it 👏👏
