There's nothing bad about it, honestly! It's all good. You should try it. I especially love that it's fragrance-free.

I had stopped using this last year, but I found it again and decided to give it another try. It's truly the best!

It claims to contain 10% urea, but hmm... it doesn't seem as effective as other hand creams with 10% urea.

I expected it to be thick since it's a night cream, but surprisingly it's not. The fragrance is unscented, which is quite nice. It's definitely better than the Avène Cold Cream scent.
