ConsSince it's a liquid, it leaves some marks. If you don't spread it evenly, it can become blotchy.

It gives a overall rosy glow, looking pretty without looking like you tried too hard.
ConsWhen applying to the cheeks, if you use an old puff that's been used too much, or if you don't control the amount properly, it can get clumpy. And when patting it in with the puff, if you're too gentle, the initial blush application will still be visible, so you need to pat it in with a bit more force.
TipAdjust the pressure as you pat it in

I heard somewhere that it's great for blush beginners, so I bought the product with high expectations. At first, I was a bit unsure if I was applying it correctly or not, or if it was because I wasn't blending it well. Anyway, when I first applied it, there was hardly any visible color, so I had to layer it on several times before I could see the color. One of the reasons I personally found this blush good for a beginner like me is that the color payoff isn't too intense. So I could start with a light application and build up the intensity to the level I wanted. Also, even if I applied a lot, since it's water-based, it doesn't get cakey or dull when I apply cushion or foundation on top of it.
ConsI said I liked it, but since I'm not the type to get intense color payoff in one go, having to layer it several times might be a bit of a hassle for some. Personally, I only needed to layer it twice to get the desired intensity. Also, looking at the ingredients now, I'm not sure if they're that great...hmm. +Addition After using it more, I noticed that when I dab it on my cheeks and blend it out with a puff, the base underneath gets wiped away in the brush strokes. But using the puff to apply it doesn't work well either, as the puff absorbs a lot of the product, resulting in less color payoff.
TipNot really...? Just apply it to your face and use the Missha cushion puff to gently pat it in, and you're all set!
