If you're looking for intense color payoff, the Apieu Juicy-Pang Water Blusher may not be the best option.
It seems to be discontinued or running low on stock, as the store I visited only had the one I purchased, and they couldn't provide any additional units for exchange.

I used to layer a powder-type blush over a radiant foundation, but the glow would always disappear, so I'd have to add a tinted balm on top, which would sometimes leave a stain. But with this water-based blush, just a few taps with my fingers and it melts into the skin, giving a beautiful, watercolor-like flush.
