Since the cleansing product I normally used was not available at another store, the staff member recommended this product to me. Just to note, I have a combination skin type ^^... After trying it out based on the staff's recommendation, I find it to be a decent product. I'm still using it, and a little while after cleansing, there's a slight tightness, but no irritation or discomfort on my face. Overall, it seems to be a pretty good product.
Cons
Those with sensitive skin may find it a bit problematic. The scent is like lavender or a therapeutic kind of fragrance, which could be divisive. The cleansing gel also doesn't seem to open the cap easily, and the gel tends to come out a bit messily when opened. Personally, I have a somewhat disappointing impression, so I wouldn't strongly recommend this product.
