Pros
Since the cleansing product I normally used was not available at another store, the staff member recommended this product to me. Just to note, I have a combination skin type ^^... After trying it out based on the staff's recommendation, I find it to be a decent product. I'm still using it, and a little while after cleansing, there's a slight tightness, but no irritation or discomfort on my face. Overall, it seems to be a pretty good product.
Cons
Those with sensitive skin may find it a bit problematic. The scent is like lavender or a therapeutic kind of fragrance, which could be divisive. There's really nothing good about it, but if I had to pick one, it's that it's on sale for 9,900 won? I really don't think it's worth even one star.

I went to Lohbs to buy a cleansing foam, and the employee recommended this product, so I bought it, but I'm so angry. They said it's a French pharmacy cosmetic and that the ingredients are good, and they advertised it as having 99% natural ingredients, but out of all the cleansing foams I've used, this one has the worst ingredients. It's a gel, so it drips a lot, and it doesn't lather well. Even after washing, it still feels slippery, so I'm not sure if I'm cleaning properly. And the worst part is that my skin, which used to be dry on the T-zone and combination, has become oily after using this product. I used to have a few small bumps on my cheeks, but after using this, my skin got really oily and my pores got clogged. Before using this, I could put on anything without much issue, but now my skin has become extremely sensitive, so I only use products with good ingredients. This is a total bust.
Tip
After reading the reviews, it seems like the employees at Lohbs recommend this product a lot, but please don't buy it. That's the real tip.

Pros
First of all, it's a gel type so it wasn't drying at all! I was recommended this product as I have contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis, but unlike others, I didn't experience any irritation from this at all with my contact dermatitis and atopy! It actually calmed my skin down, and by the next day, the itchy and stinging feeling was gone. There's also no stinging sensation when I cleanse my face. I'm now on my 3rd bottle of this cleansing gel!
Cons
If I stand it upright normally, the gel keeps oozing out between the lid, which is so inconvenient ㅜㅜ So I end up storing it upside down ㅜㅜ

I used it morning and evening without any issues, and I was surprised at how cleanly it rinsed off. The fragrance is nice. There isn't much lather, but it didn't cause any breakouts.
Cons
This product needs to change its packaging!!!! Because of the packaging, I no longer have any intention to repurchase. It's a gel type, so it flows well, but the lid is difficult to open and requires some force. The cleansing product tends to spill out. It feels like a waste. And it didn't close properly at first, but after using it for a while, I got the hang of it. You have to apply force in the center of the lid to get it to close properly. If the manufacturer had released it in a pump type, it would have been much better.

It's like a millet bomb. The smell is terrible, and as soon as I open the lid, it starts to leak. I wonder why they made it in a tube form. Maybe because it's packaged that way. They say it's made of natural ingredients, but when I look at the ingredient list, there are so many allergenic ingredients and it really irritates my skin.

It has a mild feel and doesn't produce a lot of lather (I was doubtful if it would cleanse properly, but it does!) and it does cleanse. However, for color cosmetics, especially eye makeup, you'll need to use a dedicated makeup remover to remove it first. I usually just do basic makeup, so this works fine for me. The good thing is that my face doesn't feel tight after washing. It seems to have good moisture. But it's advertised as 99% plant-based and natural ingredients, so I bought it... Looking at the ingredients on Hwahae, why are there so many potentially hazardous ingredients? Hmm...
Cons
First, the case opening is inconvenient. It takes a bit more effort to open, and then the contents just ooze out, making it hard to control the amount.

I am quite sensitive and have oily skin with dehydration. Since it's a gel, it's lighter than foam and easy to use without burden. After use, it felt moisturized without any tightness. While using it, my skin changed but I wouldn't say it got significantly better - at least nothing new popped up. I don't know the original price, but I bought it on sale for 9,900 won, which was a reasonable price to try it out. The cleansing power is about the level of an eyebrow product - it does get removed.
Cons
The ingredients don't seem that great. They promote it as low-irritation and plant-based, but I'm not so sure about that.
