I tried it after Hwahae recommended it as a good hair oil. It's somewhat decent when applied to the body.
ConsI strongly advise against this for those looking to use it as a hair oil, unless you already have naturally great hair. My hair is just average, but after using this and drying, it feels like a broom. If you apply more for moisture, it immediately becomes greasy, so you really need to control the amount carefully. Apply just a bit, and it leaves hair stiff. What I found truly malicious is that originally, like other Dermavi oils, this had a pump dispenser. It was 205ml for 15,000 won. But as soon as Hwahae featured it as a top hair oil recommendation, they changed to a less convenient shake-to-use bottle, reduced it to 135ml, and hiked the price to 14,000 won. Almost all other hair oils and essences have pump dispensers. I'm curious why they deliberately switched to a less convenient packaging while drastically reducing the quantity.

I bought it for my hair rather than body use. While I can't say much about its moisturizing effects, I think it's better than using nothing at all if you control the amount well. My hair is quite coarse, so I might not notice the effects as much. I appreciate that it's not too oily, so I'm using it comfortably.
ConsThere's nothing particularly amazing about it, but no real downsides either. I use it to prevent my hair from becoming stiff in winter.
TipApply a small amount to the ends of damp hair and dry. It helps to tame your hair a bit.

While my body skin isn't particularly dry, my cuticles and heels tend to get rough. I focused on applying it to those areas and was quite satisfied! It seems like it would be great for people with overall dry skin. I'll be using it every night as a cuticle treatment before bed.
ConsWhile it was gentle and decent overall, using it as a hair essence substitute didn't work well for me. This is based on my experience with permed hair - I'm not sure if it would be the same for straight hair. When I applied it in the morning and went out, by the afternoon I felt like my hair looked greasy. To be clear, it wasn't actually greasy, but it seemed the oil wasn't fully absorbed, leaving a residue. Also, my hair got terribly tangled. That's disappointing.

She praised its ingredients and functionality.
ConsI might be using too much, but my hair keeps feeling stiff and clumpy. It's frustrating!
TipWhen using it as a hair oil like me, everyone says controlling the amount is crucial. Also, they recommend applying it to damp hair!
