This gently exfoliates, so you could use it daily without issue. In fact, if you don't use it daily, you probably won't even notice the effects....

If you're looking for an extreme before and after, definitely don't use this. It just feels like a waste of money.... There's a slight smooth, soft feeling, but it's very minimal.

If you want a gentle exfoliation, this is gentle enough. Just the feeling of impurities being removed from the face is enough for exfoliation.
