This foundation is perfect for those sweltering summer days when you're sweating buckets! It's matte, doesn't break down, and covers pores like a dream! It's so matte that even in summer, you can only use it on the hottest days... Quite challenging for dry skin types... Not the easiest to apply, a pore brush is a must

When I apply it with a sponge, it blends seamlessly. The absorption could be better. It feels a bit thick and dry when applied. I bought it on sale as it was close to expiration, but next time I'll go for a fresh product. I apply it like a concealer on areas I want to cover, then pat it in with a sponge. Incredible value for money! The price is extremely affordable. The ingredients are top-notch. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. This could be my holy grail foundation! It feels like it's hugging my face perfectly. I'll definitely be repurchasing. It's hard to find any downsides. If I had to write 20 characters of criticism, I'd struggle!

However... In my opinion, this is too oily. I bought this because it was said to have similar ingredients to the discontinued jar foundation. It didn't cause any irritation, which is great. However, it's definitely a foundation, so my skin feels more exposed after removing it. Unfortunately, the coverage is almost non-existent. I have to apply it twice to cover any redness. It's a shame it's being discontinued now...

While that part slightly faded, the rest of my makeup remained intact without any breakdown. 2. Application I don't prefer makeup that completely covers blemishes or acne scars. That's why I really appreciated how thinly this product applies. 3. Semi-matte finish As someone with combination dehydrated skin that tends to be oily, I don't like makeup that leaves a sticky residue, especially in summer. This product sets to a pleasant semi-matte finish after application. 4. Color payoff I usually use shade 21 for foundations, compacts, and BB creams. This product finishes slightly brighter, perhaps around a 21.5 shade. My complexion is generally uneven, but this product evens out my skin tone nicely. The color is perfect for warm-toned individuals who typically use shade 21. As others have mentioned, you really need to have a solid skincare routine as a base. Otherwise, you'll notice the product starting to pill right from the moment you apply it.

While it claims to have good pore coverage, I'd say it's more medium to high. It doesn't completely conceal acne redness, but it does a decent job of hiding most imperfections. The price isn't too steep, making it a great foundation for everyday use in summer. The formula is quite thick, making it challenging to apply with just your fingers. You'll need to dot it on your face and blend it out with a puff. It's too drying for winter use... I've tried mixing it with other foundations during colder months, but it still applies unevenly and looks patchy. I'll be reserving this foundation for summer use only.
