Here's why I love it so much: First off, it's cruelty-free. I really dislike animal testing. Ethically, I find it completely cruel. Why should animals be test subjects? We should respect their existence, their lifespan, and their right to live. (Of course, I admit I'm a bit of a hypocrite here - I do love my pork belly!) But with testing, these animals are forced to suffer and endure pain throughout their lives. To be honest, my previous favorite mascara (L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black) wasn't cruelty-free. Its lengthening effect was amazing, but L'Oreal's testing policies didn't sit well with me (they still test on animals in China). This mascara doesn't do that, so I really appreciate this aspect. The curl power of this mascara is fantastic. It holds the curl of my lashes all day long! The brush is innovative - it includes two sides that give both volume and length. The twist function is so clever, it's like a reversible jacket, but for your lashes! As for the effect, (oh, how I love mascara...) it gives my lashes a feathery look, like angel wings. I absolutely adore it! The packaging is incredibly beautiful. It's like a unicorn - so dreamy and gorgeous. It's so enchanting that it fills me with hope! And the price? At $13.59 from Target, it's completely reasonable for such a great mascara. There are no downsides. This mascara is flawless. Use this mascara together with Blinc's mascara primer for best results!
