I've also tried Urban Decay, but personally, that had a creasing issue. The Too Faced one has no creasing and applies more thinly and adheres well. Using this, there's also much less smudging. On days when the color is really pretty but the pigmentation is lacking or the staying power is weak, I tend to use an eye primer.
ConsIt's probably about accessibility and price..ㅠㅠ Since it ends up costing over $20 including tax, I'm not sure if it's worth going through the trouble of direct purchase.. But I'd still recommend it to those who can afford it!ㅋㅋ
Tip- If you apply it moderately to the under-eye bags and the triangle area, the eyeshadow, liner, and mascara don't smudge at all:) But that might be because my skin is dry..ㅎㅎ - And on days when I use a highly pigmented eyeshadow as a base, I don't apply the eye primer; the color payoff is just too intense ㄷㄷ - For those whose eye makeup stubbornly smudges no matter what, finishing with a powder is a must;)
