This product saves my dry lips! My lips often get dry, but when I apply this product, my lips become soft and the effects last for a long time. I've been using it for several years now.

Pros
The cherry candy aroma is very sweet. It has a slightly cooling sensation. Compared to the classic, which gives an impression of a balm, the cooling effect is mild. Even in midsummer, I have to apply lip balm after brushing my teeth, but I will continue to buy and use Carmex. Even a small amount provides long-lasting moisture, and it's lightweight, non-sticky, and not very slippery. What more could I ask for?🤷‍♀️

Pros
There's no stickiness or tackiness. It has a smooth, oily feel. I prefer the tube type over the stick or pot type. It's more hygienic. My lips tend to get very dry very quickly. But I've only had one or two instances in my life where they've cracked or bled. That's the kind of lips I have. The staying power is pretty good. This is among the better lip balms I've tried in terms of lasting power.
Cons
I was trying to buy the Classic, but I ended up buying the Cherry instead.. Out of all the candy flavors, I dislike cherry the most. It really does have a strong cherry scent. The fragrance is quite potent too. If I remember correctly, the cooling sensation used to be quite strong. But this time, I barely felt any cooling effect at all, which was a bit disappointing. Was that only in the Classic version? I'm not a fan of the mineral oil in this.

Superb moisturizing! This is the best, and it's so moisturizing and long-lasting. The fragrance is top-notch.

The fragrance is a bit too strong, though? It's good, but it makes me feel dizzy when I wear a mask.

Pros
When I apply it at night and sleep, it becomes incredibly soft and smooth the next day. It also has a slight oily feel, so it doesn't dry out quickly and seems to have good lasting power.
Cons
It's probably not the lightest type, so I don't think it's the best to apply a lip product on top of it.

As someone who has tried every lip balm under the sun, I was constantly resorting to using Vaseline as a temporary fix. But ever since I started using Carmex, I no longer have to constantly bite my lips! The moisturizing power is a 5/5, the staying power is a 5/5, and the scent is a 5/5. The only slight drawback is that the application feels a bit oily at 4/5, but it's something I can easily overlook. I would 200% repurchase this product.

✏️My lips are usually very dry, cracked, and peeled. ✏️I have a habit of picking at the lip flakes with my fingers. Regular lip balms don't seem to help reduce the flakiness, and I have to slather on a lot of petroleum jelly just to get my lips to calm down a bit! But with this product, my lips become moisturized within 1-2 minutes after application, and most of the flakiness goes away! The moisturizing effect lasts for a good 2-30 minutes, so I've been using it regularly. And if I apply a generous amount before bed, my lips are super soft and smooth the next morning! :-) There's a slight tingling sensation when I first apply it, but personally I enjoy that cooling feeling, so that's a plus for me! Of course, this may be a matter of individual preference, but since I liked that aspect, I'll mention it as a positive. ;-)

I'm not a big fan of the glossy, shiny look that some lip balms can leave, so I was a bit disappointed that most tube-type lip balms tend to have that effect. But other than that, I've been using this product without any other issues. :-)

1. The fragrance is really nice!! When I wear this, people ask me what the smell is haha 2. I've tried many lip balms, but nothing compares to Carmex...I guess you could say the lasting power? It stays moisturized on my lips for a long time 3. It's not too expensive, so if you stock up during sales, the cost-effectiveness is amazing!!!

1. I'd recommend the stick form. Normally, after doing your makeup, you don't really apply lip balm on top of lipstick, right?? If you apply lip balm on top of lipstick, the tube form would be better, but if you're applying it directly on bare lips, the stick form has better lasting power!!!
