Pros
When I first used the sample, I felt refreshed and clean without any itchiness or stuffy feeling. There was no irritation, but my hair felt well-cleansed, and my husband, who has seborrheic dermatitis, also said it didn't irritate him, so I bought 3 full-size bottles on sale. The 3 full-size bottles came with 3 samples, and a cleansing bar sample was included as well, which I was satisfied with. I put everything on the bathroom shelf, and the subtle aroma fills the room, which I enjoy. The scent is not artificial like regular shampoos, and I personally like it.
Cons
It's been about 2 weeks since I started using the full-size product, and after washing my hair, my whole scalp feels itchy, and I can feel small bumps here and there. I usually wash my hair in the morning, and by the evening, it gets extremely itchy. It didn't seem itchy at first when I washed it in the evening, maybe because it was the initial usage, but I'm not sure. The samples were fine, but I only used them 3-4 times as my husband and I were testing them together. Or maybe I didn't rinse it thoroughly enough? My husband doesn't have any issues, but the aroma oils seem to be quite irritating to me. I'll use it for about a week more and then decide if I should switch to a different shampoo.
Tip
There were reviews saying to shake it before use, and when the product was brand new, it was quite full, so I just used it without shaking. Now that I've used about 1/4 of it, I shake it before each use. I can't really tell the difference now, but I'll probably notice it when the bottle is almost empty.

Pros
It has good cleansing power and doesn't feel sticky when rinsing my hair. It's also less irritating than the other shampoos I've used before. The seborrheic dermatitis hasn't been completely resolved, but it's less severe than before.
Cons
It gets oily faster compared to other shampoos for oily hair.

Pros
The scalp itchiness has gone away, and most importantly, it was made with only natural organic ingredients, so I can use it with confidence.
Cons

Pros
This is really great. I had a terrible reaction to the hair dye, with my scalp getting irritated, itchy, and crusty. Even though I didn't know it was from the dye, I kept using the regular shampoos I had been using (Pantene, Kerasys, etc.). Later, my hair started falling out in clumps, which really scared me, so I started looking into shampoos. The one I found has been amazing - the itchiness started going away just 3 days after I started using it, and after about a week, the itchiness was completely gone. I've been using it for over 2 months now, and I can even go a couple days without washing my hair (I used to have to wash it every other day because of the greasiness). The ingredients seem really gentle and good. Looking at the ingredient list makes me trust it even more! My boyfriend has also been using it and says he likes it a lot.
Cons
My boyfriend and I each bought a bottle to try. While he seems to be fine with the amount, as a woman with longer hair, I feel like it doesn't give me enough. When shampooing, if I don't use enough, the lather doesn't come out well and my hair feels unclean. But the bottle goes so fast when I use enough!
Tip
Be sure to shake it well before using! At first, I noticed a greasy feeling, and it turns out some of the shampoo ingredients had settled to the bottom. I don't bother with vigorous shaking every time - I just keep the bottle upside down normally, and give it a quick side-to-side shake when I'm about to use it.
