The product has simple ingredients, is organic, and has an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
There is a slight cooling sensation, so it feels refreshing and has good moisturizing properties, applying smoothly. It helps to remove dead skin cells and provides a softening effect - all of which I found to be great.

 You can apply it regularly whenever your lips feel dry. Especially when your lips are severely cracked, chapped, and bleeding, that's when you'll really see the full effects of the product.

And since the product has a soft, supple texture, you don't need to scoop out a lot at a time. Just take a small amount and use it, and you'll be able to use it more cleanly and conveniently.

 I couldn't find any significant downsides to the product itself... The only potential issue I can think of is that if you dislike the cooling sensation, you could try a different variant of the Eco Lips lip balms.

And if I had to point out one minor thing, it's that the texture is not very thick or firm. That's why I tend to store it in a cool place.

Apart from the product's effectiveness, the only other potential downside is that it's not easily available in Korea... It would be great if it was more accessible in Korean offline stores as well.

 The most important part for me in choosing a lip balm is the ingredients, and as an organic lip balm, it is really gentle and good. Among the lip balms I've tried, this one seems to be one of the simplest and best in terms of ingredients.

The cooling sensation (?) is what clearly differentiates this product from others. When applied, there is a warming feeling, so it might not be the most popular choice for those who dislike that sensation, but I personally enjoy that warm feeling, so I really liked it.
The soothing and regenerative effects are also good, so the cooling sensation feels even better.
It also has more of an oil-stick texture rather than the typical lip balm feel, so it's not sticky and applies smoothly. And due to the cooling sensation, it also seems to provide good moisture.

In this aspect, I think I'll give it a ☆×5 rating... Unlike other products, it makes my sore lips not hurt when I apply it and go to sleep... That's how good the moisturizing power is, and I'm very satisfied with it!!

The scent is just a subtle mint aroma.

This is my holy grail lip balm. My lips were the driest part of my face, and no matter what lip balm I used, they would still crack and bleed often... But after finding this product, the cracking and bleeding have stopped completely! 
I want to repurchase this item again and again, and now I only use Eco Lips products for my lip balm.
