I had both the Seoul Cleansing and the Refresh Cleansing, and after some consideration, I first purchased the Refresh.
The gel-type formula made me wonder if it would effectively remove my makeup, but the cleansing power is great.

I also bought the toner, and it seems to be quite moisturizing overall.
Even after washing, the moisturizing effect lasts for some time.
Perhaps it's because the gel-type is gentle on the skin? I'm not sure if all gel cleansers are like this, as this is my first experience with a gel-type cleanser.
