  Pros

  I found this product extremely effective in calming redness. It applies lightly without any sticky feeling and absorbs quickly. While it's not intensely hydrating, it provides enough moisture, making it perfect for summer use. When my skin often feels hot or suddenly flushes, applying this cream visibly reduces both the heat and redness.

  Cons

  Although it's not completely lacking in hydration, it's not super moisturizing either, so you might need to layer another product on top. Despite being labeled as a 'clear solution', it doesn't show dramatic effects on acne or blemishes, though it does seem to help with redness. It's inconvenient that the outer surface of the container starts to peel off when the product is almost finished.

  Tip

  If you enjoy a fresh feeling, you might like applying this before your sunscreen.

  I stumbled upon this product by chance, and even though I was trying to control my shopping urges, I couldn't resist. I did my due diligence by checking Hwahae reviews and ingredients before buying it for my boyfriend. No regrets whatsoever! It applies lightly and true to its nature as a hydrating cream, it keeps your face from feeling dry. Of course, you still need to use an emulsion cream, but even I, as a woman, found it quite nice. After application, it absorbs beautifully leaving a soft, non-sticky finish. It's perfect for my boyfriend who hates sticky textures. Yet, it doesn't lose its hydration quickly. It's like it seeps in deeply, leaving the surface soft while locking in moisture underneath. The absorption is excellent - it really sinks into the skin well. What I love most are the great ingredients. When I shop at Olive Young, I always research each product, and often if I like something, the ingredients turn out to be not so great. But this one caught my eye, and when I looked it up, I was pleased to find it has gentle ingredients. The scent isn't overpowering either - there's barely any smell at all. Unlike men's products from brands like Biotherm or Chanel sold at duty-free shops, which have strong, overpowering scents and poor ingredients, this one has gentle ingredients, a reasonable price, a mild scent, good hydration, and nice application. For an impulse buy, I don't regret it at all. I'm planning to repurchase - in fact, I'm going to buy it again today!

  Cons

  Well, it might be great for my boyfriend... but I personally use extremely moisturizing creams. The kind where one application fills your skin with hydration, and when you touch your face, your palm sticks to it with a satisfying bounce before pulling away. If someone with my preferences used this, they'd probably end up buying another moisturizer. But it's not for me, it's for my boyfriend, so...
