Pros

My lips are unusually more sensitive and dry than the rest of my skin, so whenever I use just any lip balm, I get an allergic reaction. But this lip balm has been amazing from the very first use, and I really want to bow down to it. It's incredibly moisturizing and doesn't dry out easily... It's as if there's an oily film coating my lips. I really hope it doesn't get discontinued. I want to use this forever...

Cons

It was really great for me, but my friend tried it once and said it was too greasy, so I thought it could be perceived that way. I'm not sure what to say - it seems to have more oil content than expected! And whenever I use it for a while (around 1/4 left?), the lip balm applicator seems to break. I mean, I've gotten used to it from continued use, so it's not uncomfortable for me, but I think it could be inconvenient for others. And it also feels a bit fragile... I may have been applying it too heavily, which could be the reason. But still, I'm using it and am extremely satisfied!!
