Pros
Even though I have a naturally oily complexion, as the weather gets warmer, my sebum production has increased significantly, leading to excessive shine, blackheads, and breakouts. I've been trying various wash-off pore pack products, and I'm really impressed with the Kiehl's products! Many of these kaolin-based mud pack products can be quite thick and sticky when applied, and the hardened parts can be difficult to wash off during cleansing. However, this product has a great application texture. Even when applying it roughly with my hands, it spreads smoothly like a soft cream. When using a silicone brush, it applies in an ultra-thin, seamless layer. The thin application dries fairly quickly, but it doesn't pull or tighten the skin excessively (there is a slight drying sensation, but it's relatively mild). I find it better to apply a thin layer and leave it on for about 10 minutes before rinsing, as this seems to be less irritating for the skin. However, for the areas with severe pores and blackheads, like my nose, I do apply a slightly thicker layer. When rinsing off the pack, I can feel it sweeping away the trapped sebum from my pores, leaving my skin feeling incredibly refreshed. Visually, I can see that my enlarged pores look much cleaner after use. In addition to sebum removal, it also effectively exfoliates, leaving my skin feeling baby-soft and smooth after rinsing. The smooth, supple finish also makes my makeup apply beautifully the next day. I also appreciate that the fragrance is not overpowering. I'd love to use this product consistently, about 2 times a week, during the summer. I think it would also work great as a spot treatment for my nose and chin areas year-round, as it's so effective at clearing blackheads and whiteheads.
Cons
There is a slight tingling sensation when applying the product, but this feeling goes away as it dries. Those with very sensitive skin may find this tingling to be irritating, so it's best to do a patch test first before regular use. Applying a thin layer and not leaving it on for too long can also help minimize any potential irritation.

Pros
I found it helpful to use this as a soothing treatment when my acne flared up. I felt like it cleansed out the impurities, and my skin tone looked brighter after using it. Especially when my skin was a bit sunburned, it had a slightly stinging but refreshing sensation. At first, I thought it was making things worse, but then I saw my skin returning to normal, and I realized it was truly effective. I use it about twice a week if my acne is more severe, or once a week if my skin is doing well.
Cons
I know it's supposed to be removed after about 10 minutes, but sometimes it gets so hardened that I have to keep rubbing it to get it off. Also, Kiehl's products seem to have a lot of hit-or-miss reactions depending on skin type, so I think people with more sensitive skin may find it unsuitable.

It's great for pore cleansing and doesn't cause any irritation. It's my favorite product from Kiehl's.
Cons
However, blackheads don't completely disappear. If you leave it unused for a long time, it hardens. It's best to use it diligently after opening.

Pros
The white clay seems to give it a clay-like, gooey texture, but it hardens quickly once applied. After rinsing it off with lukewarm water, my skin definitely feels smoother and a bit brighter. I use it 2-3 times a week and it seems to be effective on my pores. As I have combination skin, I do find that my T-zone feels a bit tight after using a sheet mask, but for pore care, I've been using the Kiehl's Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque for about 2 years now. My friend with sensitive, slightly dry skin also found it worked really well for her, but individual results may vary, so I'd recommend getting a sample and testing it out at the store.
Cons
The thick texture does make it a bit difficult to spread evenly, so I end up having to use my fingers instead of a spatula.
Tip

I've already used about 5 bottles of this product, which I use when I have skin troubles or dead skin. It's amazing!
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about my favorite product, but you have to be careful to close the lid properly, and the product can harden if it gets old, so you need to manage it well.
