After using this, I noticed my blackheads diminishing, my makeup applying more smoothly, and my skin feeling cleaner overall. It's been a great experience!
ConsIt seems to run out a bit quickly, and occasionally there's a slight tingling sensation. But I think it's fine as long as you don't rub too vigorously.
TipI've been applying it with a cotton pad, gently swiping along my skin grain about twice. I can definitely see an improvement in my complexion.

Wow! I've been using hyaluronic acid toners, but they felt a bit heavy for summer when I sweat more. So I switched to this aloe soothing toner, and I'm pleasantly surprised it also contains hyaluronic acid, providing decent hydration. It feels slightly more nourishing than a plain water toner, and the moisture seems to last longer. It also works well as an exfoliating toner, effectively removing impurities. Even after cleansing without makeup on, the cotton pad still showed some yellowish residue, likely from deep-seated sebum.
ConsIf you're expecting a purely hydrating product, this might be slightly different from what you imagine. Perhaps due to the hyaluronic acid or its slightly acidic nature, there's a hint of richness to it. I'd say it feels about 70% hydrating and 30% rich. This balance worked fine for me, and I think it could be suitable for summer use too. However, it doesn't have a cooling effect on the skin, which is a bit disappointing as it's not refreshing. Update: The more I used it, the more I noticed a tingling sensation upon application. My skin texture became rough, and the toner would warm up in my hands due to body heat. I started using this around the same time as isntree's Hyaluronic Acid Gel Cream, so I wasn't sure which was causing the issue. My skin became red as if it was about to bleed, felt stinging, and parts of it swelled up. Even after reducing my skincare routine to just soothing products, my skin wouldn't recover, so I had to visit a dermatologist. After thoroughly researching the ingredients on the 'Hwahae' blog, I discovered that both this toner and the Dokdo Cleanser I was using contained exfoliating ingredients. For a soothing toner... exfoliating ingredients? Shouldn't they mention this in the product description? The Hwahae ingredient list didn't flag it as exfoliating either, so I unknowingly did a skin pack and it irritated my skin. Another suspicious ingredient common to both is Rosemary Leaf Extract (a fragrance). Products with high aloe content often include strong ingredients for preservation and pH balance, and 'Trometamine' is classified as a harmful substance in Europe, so I suspect it might be causing severe allergic reactions. Even after weeks of using steroid ointment and oral medication, the redness hasn't subsided. I think it might be contact dermatitis, but I'm not sure as I've always had good skin and rarely get blemishes. I'm certain about the toner, but I was unsure about the Hyaluronic Acid Gel Cream. When I tried it again, I noticed tiny bumps forming, as if it was clogging my pores. isntree was my most trusted and loved brand. I even bought 6 more products including creams for my family... But after this toner and gel cream damaged my skin, I'm planning to use all the products I have left just for my body. I'm so disappointed.
TipUsing it just as a wipe-off toner didn't provide enough hydration, so I found it worked best to wipe once, then apply once or twice more with my hands, or do a '2-toner method' with my hands.

It has a very watery texture, and when applied to the face, it leaves a soft, velvety feeling. As someone with dry skin, I found it quite nice at first.
ConsI had been using the hyaluronic acid toner, which was said to be good for soothing, but I switched to this because I have extremely dry and sensitive skin. However, this was actually more drying for me than the hyaluronic acid toner, and my face felt tight and irritated. I also didn't really see any calming effects. For those of you with extremely dry skin like me, I'd recommend thinking carefully before purchasing this.

ConsSince the new version came out, there's been a strange smell. My skin had no irritation at all before, but now it sometimes stings.

ConsSince my skin is quite sensitive, it sometimes feels a bit stinging.
