  I've tried all kinds of lip balms like a nomadic lip balm user every year because of my dry, chapped lips, but this one instantly moisturizes and smooths out the flaky skin as soon as I apply it! If I put it on at night and go to sleep, I can find my lips still soft and hydrated the next morning!
