The ingredients are gentle and it's relatively affordable for the volume. A friend who bought the oily scalp version is very satisfied. Another friend's review of the oily scalp shampoo: Despite having extremely oily hair that usually gets greasy in a day, their hair stayed fresh even the next day, and scalp itching decreased. However, there was no improvement in hair loss. The scent is reminiscent of tree bark.
The downside is the long wait for international shipping. Being unscented, it doesn't mask scalp odor at all, leaving unwashed hair smelling. Greasiness and itching persist, with dandruff reappearing under fingernails when scratching. My skin blemishes worsened during the time I used this shampoo, but I'll update after trying a different one.

I've been using this for about two weeks and I'm extremely satisfied. I bought the 1L size from a common online site that ships internationally, for around $30. My hair is thin and sparse, so I've been on a journey from low-irritation, anti-hair loss shampoos to those without chemical surfactants, and finally to natural shampoos, which led me here. First off, the ingredients are great! Compared to other natural shampoos, it lathers well (though it can feel a bit stiff if you use too little - just use the right amount), keeps hair tangle-free and bouncy, and doesn't make it go flat in the afternoon. It feels gentle and non-irritating, with no itchy scalp. I'm also happy it's unscented, as I've seen reviews complaining about the scent of other varieties. As for reducing hair loss, it seems okay so far, but I'll need to use it longer to be sure. It's bittersweet to think that this organic product costs only about $10 for 500ml in its home country - it really puts into perspective how expensive organic shampoos are in our country.
The one downside is that it doesn't have a pump dispenser, which is inconvenient for such a large bottle. Some sellers seem to offer pumps separately. However, it's not a major issue - the product doesn't suddenly gush out when you squeeze the bottle.
Using a conditioner once in a while (I use a Korean natural product, OOO seaweed) makes it even more moisturizing. With other natural shampoos, I had to use conditioner every time, but with this one, it's not necessary - just use it as you would with regular shampoo.
