 Since it's a jar type, I had to melt it with my fingers or scoop it out with a cotton swab, which was a bit concerning from a hygiene standpoint, and it seemed to easily pick up dust and such.
And while I bought it to use as a lip balm, the cuticle care effect seems a bit lacking.
When I apply it at night and go to sleep, my lips do become soft and smooth, but after just half a day, the rough feeling returns.
