It's moisturizing and non-irritating. Using just this as a base and applying lotion on top provides sufficient hydration.

Pros
To be honest, I haven't been using skincare products like toners for very long, so I'm not too familiar with them. But even though I have acne-prone skin, I haven't experienced any irritation at all, which I think is really great.
Cons

Pros
I used it as a cleansing balm and it was great because there was no stickiness. It also didn't irritate much and helped the absorption of lotions or creams feel faster.
Cons
On days when I did a deep cleanse or when my skin was dry, there was a slight tightness. Although it's called 'Clear Balancing', I didn't really notice any effects on improving blemishes.

•It's a mild formula, so there's no irritation on the skin.. It doesn't sting and there's no redness.. It's just a nice, smooth product. •It may not eliminate acne, but it seems to prevent new ones from forming. A nice, middle-of-the-road product...
Cons
•As it's just a toner, it didn't dramatically make my acne disappear! I didn't have high expectations, though. •Since it's a water-based toner, you can't really expect the same kind of moisturizing, hydrating sensation as a cream. After all, most people apply an essence after using a toner, right?
Tip
This non-irritating water-based toner is good for cleansing and the 7-skin method! For those with sensitive skin, it might not be a bad idea to give it a try.

Pros
The skincare products were recommended by the dermatologist I visited for my skin issues, so I had confidence in them! Pros
I switched to this toner because my acne was severe, and since using it for the first time, it has suited me so well that I keep using it. My skin is sensitive, and when I use other products, my skin gets red, but this one feels gentle and suitable for my skin.
